Frequently Asked Questions
This page serves as your one-stop guide to answers for frequently asked questions about Triad Aer Purifiers. We know users have numerous inquiries related to this product and we aim to address those in this section
In the first step, we will try to answer most asked questions and then later we will discuss the technologies used in air purifiers.
What is an ideal location to place a triad air purifier?
Try to keep it near your breathing zone and near the most occupied area of your home. To ensure maximum efficiency, we recommend placing the air purifier in the highest traffic area of your home, preferably in the living room on a bookshelf. This will provide the best air quality results for your entire household. Secondly, don’t place it too much down, like on the floor. Try to place it on a shelf or any table that is not too much down in height.
Why do your air purifiers seem costly?
At triad aer shop, you can find the products from the range of 150 USD to 1295 USD. Small personal purifier usually starts from 150 USD. But, large machines like triad aer pro are froom 1295 USD. These large machines are also recommended for commercial usage.
Be aware of cheaper alternatives that compromise on quality and effectiveness. Our advanced air purification technology is unmatched. Other purifiers charging two to four times as much often fall short in comparison. Plus, our long-lasting HEPA filters save you money in the long run, costing as low as $1,500 over a five-year period. Experience cleaner, fresher air with our advanced and high-tech air cleaners at a fraction of the cost.
What makes The Triad Aer purifiers the best in the market?
Our air Purifiers are a proactive solution to air cleaning systems. Unlike other air cleaners that only filter the pollutants brought to them, our technology eradicates pollution at its various sources throughout your indoor environment. Our air purifier operates on surfaces throughout your home and in breathing spaces giving you a safe indoor environment to live in. Our active technology breaks down dangerous gases and inactivates mold, bacteria, and viruses while reducing other harmful particles. Choose active technology air purifiers over passive technology air cleaners. Read this post to know the working mechanism of triad air purifiers.
What mode is best to use an air purifier in?
If you’re wondering how to use the air purifier effectively, more isn’t always better. We aim to create a natural purification process like fresh mountain air. Start by placing the purifier in PCO NORMAL MODE.
After a week, try the HIGH MODE setting at 250 ft2 if the room is no less than 250 ft2. Gradually increase the square footage setting over time but stay within the area’s size being treated.
If the purification feels too strong, reduce the square footage setting or use PCO NORMAL MODE instead. Pure and safe air in the home has never been so accessible.
What harmful contaminants your air purifier can eliminate?
Advanced PCO (photocatalytic oxidation) technology in our air purifiers infiltrates the air with a plasma that targets and deconstructs harmful microorganisms at their molecular level, including fungi, mold, viruses, and bacteria. Our purification system also boasts a remarkable 99.9% efficacy in eliminating dangerous Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) emitted by typical household and industry products. Our advanced technology, utilizing Ion clusters, Negative & Positive Ions, an Ionic antenna, and harmful ion generation, binds to particles as minute as .001 micron and forces them to settle, making your air cleaner and safer. Say goodbye to breathing in toxins and hello to a healthier living environment.
Do air purifiers emit Ozone?
Ozone plays a vital role in maintaining the balance of our air quality, just as it does in nature. Without it, we would not survive. However, rather than eliminating ozone entirely, the key is to achieve a fine-tuned balance that is suitable for our inhabited environment, allowing us to breathe in fresh and well-balanced air.
Our air purifiers are built with technologies that create a fine balance of pure air and ozone to provide you safe indoor environment.
Do triad air purifiers use or release ozone in the purification process?
Our purifier offers different modes of operation – PCO or NORMAL – that do not use ozone in the purification process. However, in HIGH MODE, the purifier produces ozone levels of 0.1 to 0.3 PPM, which are safe and below the levels set by the EPA. It’s crucial to select the square foot setting based on the ventilated space instead of the house’s total square footage to ensure effectiveness.
Is it true that OH molecules release smell in the air?
There is no need to worry about any unpleasant metallic odors resulting from photocatalytic activity. While some individuals may detect a slight scent, it is not caused by OH molecules.
Is the high concentration of OH in the air harmful?
The advanced ionization technology used in our air purifiers emits ions from the front of the device. To avoid the Black/Gray Wall effect, ensure that the device is facing toward the center of the room. This effect is caused by ionizers’ negative charging of walls, which attracts particles and can be resolved by regular sweeping and vacuuming.
How many positive and negative ions do air purifiers produce?
Our high-tech advanced air purifiers are powered by negative ions. This purifier effectively tackles the positively charged pollution in your indoor environment boasting an impressive production rate of 1.5M ions/cu cm at just 1 meter away. By adding negative charges, particles are able to attract and clump together, ultimately falling from breathing space. Say goodbye to unhealthy indoor air and hello to a breath of fresh air.
Combination of technologies used in Triad Aer:
Needlepoint Ionization
The first technology we employ is Needlepoint Ionization. By generating millions of negative ions, the Triad Aer fills your home with these charged particles, which attract and clump together other airborne particles such as dust, dander, and bacteria. As these particles accumulate, they become heavier, making them easier to capture in your home’s HVAC air filter or simply allowing them to fall to the floor. Unlike conventional HEPA filters that only target particles of 0.5 microns or larger, our ionizer can effectively reduce ultra-fine and even nanoparticles, which are often more harmful despite being invisible to the naked eye.
Advanced Photo Catalytic Oxidation
The second technology at work is Advanced Photo Catalytic Oxidation (PCO). This robust process and scalable oxidation actively destroy biological contaminants, unpleasant odors, mold, bacteria, and viruses. Our PCO Cells have been scientifically proven to reduce dangerous pathogens by over 99% in less than 24 hours. Through molecular disassociation, our PCO technology breaks down the molecules causing the contamination rather than merely masking or covering up the source.
Scalable Purification
For ultimate flexibility, we have incorporated Scalable Purification into the Triad Aer. This feature allows you to adjust the purification settings according to your living area and personal preferences. By selecting the appropriate setting, you can achieve optimum performance and comfort. In High Mode, the purification plate generates activated oxygen, effectively breaking down pollutants that cause unpleasant odors. Our scalable oxidation ensures that the Triad Aer adapts to the unique environment in which it operates, maximizing its efficiency. Additionally, when faster sanitization is desired, the Triad Aer can be set to Sani+Booster mode. Equipped with an auto shut-off timer, this mode delivers maximum output when the room or home is unoccupied, ensuring a thorough sanitizing experience.
Electrostatic Filter
We have included an advanced electrostatic filter to keep your Triad Aer purifier pristine. This filter not only helps in keeping the unit clean but also effectively traps particles from the air. Unlike expensive HEPA filters, our electrostatic filter is washable and can be reused, saving you money in the long run.
Triad Aer is committed to providing you with the most efficient and eco-friendly solution. Our state-of-the-art technology ensures optimum performance while minimizing waste. While conventional purifiers can consume between $20 to $30 of electricity per month, our excellent Triad Aer purifier consumes a mere 90 watts, costing you an average of approximately $3.50 per month. Experience the power of advanced air purification without breaking the bank.
